This article will review the various types of filters that can be used to narrow down searches for settlement reports, along with examples of how to use them.
1. Log in to the FTS Portal and go to the Settlement Report page on the left navigation menu
2. How to use the Settlement Report filters
Booking Date
Use this filter to search for a report by a past or future booking date.
- Example: Filtering by Custom Range.
- Step 1: Click on the drop down menu under Booking Date.
- Step 2: Select Custom Range.
- Step 3: Find the range you want to filter by and click on the dates.
- Step 4: Click on Apply.
Payment Date
Use this filter to search for a report by a past booking date.
- Example: Filtering by a preset date.
- Step 1: Click on the drop down menu under Payment Date.
- Step 2: Select a preset filter criteria, such as Last Month. Once you click on it, the payment date range will automatically be updated in the field.
More Filters
Use these filters for a more refined list of payment reports.
- Paid out by: Use this filter to search for a report by who paid it out.
- Travel Suppliers: Use this filter to search for a report by a specific travel supplier(s).

Status: Use this filter to search for a report by its status. Options include:
- Processed; Invoiced; No Payment Cycle; To be Processed; Accepted; Rejected.
- Currency: Use this filter to search for a report by the currency used (CAD or USD).
- Services: Use this filter to search for a report by the service used. Options range from Agency Program services to supplier specific services.
- Booking Channel: Use this filter to search for a report by the booking channel used.
- PNR: Use this filter to search for a specific report by entering the Passenger Name Record.
- Transaction Number: Use this filter to search for a specific report by entering the Transaction Number.
- Invoice Number: Use this filter to search for a specific report by entering the Invoice Number
