The Transaction Lookup screen is a user-friendly tool that enables you to retrieve comprehensive information about a ticket. There are several details available for you to access, including, but not limited to:
- The passenger's name, ticket number, and details of the originating ticket (in case of an exchange or refund).
- The itinerary details, including fare basis, departure and arrival airports, etc.
- The exact payout and its breakdown, including taxes, markup, etc.
- Any relevant information regarding the ticket, such as backend promotions, admin fees, and applicable rules.
Locating a transaction:
1. Log in to the FTS Portal and go to the Transaction Lookup page on the left navigation menu
2. Locate a transaction
- Step 1: Enter the transaction's number, PNR, or the 13-digit ticket number in the search box.
- Step 2: Click on Search.
3. Retrieve transaction information
- Step 1: Select the corresponding transaction that you want to retrieve details for.
- Step 2: View the transaction's details on the new page.
- Near the flight itinerary, you'll find:
- F = Flown
- 0 = Not Flown
- Blank = Not Flown Yet
