This article will guide you through the registration process on the FTS Portal.
Important! Your agency's registration must be completed by the signing authority of the agency. If you are not the signing authority, please forward the registration link to this person. The FTS Onboarding team conducts thorough verifications for each profile, and accounts registered by non-signing authorities will not be activated.
Registration Prerequisites
When you land on the registration page, you will first need to choose the country where your agency operates from the drop-down menu. Depending on the selected country, different criteria will be displayed.
Please ensure that you have all the necessary documents and information on hand to avoid the session expiring and having to restart the process.
TIP! Review the prerequisites for your country and use it as a checklist to ensure you have all the required details prepared before proceeding with the registration.
Field Definitions
Regardless of which county your agency is in, some universal fields are required to create an agency profile on the FTS Portal. These fields include:
-
Accreditation Type: This refers to the recognized travel agency organization that your agency is a member of.
If your agency is not affiliated with any of the listed accreditation types, please select "Other" and enter the name of the organization you are accredited with, in the text box that will appear once "Other" is selected. The FTS onboarding team will review the accreditation and provide an update as to whether it is accepted on FTS.
-
Partner Type: This is the type of structure in which your agency operates.
-
Partner ID: This is your agency's unique accreditation ID or code from an official travel agency accreditation body, such as your IATA ID / TIDS Code, ARC ID, CLIA ID, etc.
- OTP: This is the one-time password you will receive once you have entered your Accreditation Type, Partner Type, Partner ID, and email address.
TIP! If the FTS Onboarding team is unable to validate your accreditation, you may be contacted to provide a soft copy of your accreditation certificate, which should state your agency name / ID and your full name. We recommend having this documentation on hand in case you are contacted by our team. This step is for security purposes to ensure that an agency's signing authority is registered as the primary contact and that no impersonation occurs.
- Beneficiary Name: This refers to your bank account's 'Account Name.'
- Beneficiary Address: This refers to your agency's address.
